1. Service scope

Orbric provides workflow, campaign operations, approvals, asset coordination, reporting, and connected integration tooling for agencies, teams, and their clients.

2. Accounts and workspace responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, managing workspace access, and ensuring that invited users and connected services are authorized for your business use.

3. Customer content

You retain responsibility for the briefs, campaign plans, assets, comments, approvals, links, files, and other content your workspace uploads or generates through the service.

4. Connected platforms

If you connect third-party services such as Meta or Google Drive, you are responsible for having the necessary permissions, account rights, and compliance approvals to use those integrations. Orbric is not responsible for policy decisions or enforcement actions taken by those third-party platforms.

5. AI-generated content

AI-assisted outputs in Orbric are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing generated copy, plans, targeting assumptions, summaries, and creative recommendations before use, approval, or publication.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Orbric to violate law, infringe rights, abuse third-party platform rules, or upload content that you are not authorized to manage or distribute.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We aim to operate the service responsibly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbric is provided on an as-available basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or third-party integrations.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security reasons, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
