1. Who we are

Orbric is a workflow platform for agencies and growth teams. We help teams manage briefs, approvals, assets, campaigns, task execution, and connected marketing tools.

2. Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate the product, including account details, workspace membership data, task and campaign records, comments, files, approvals, schedules, and audit history.

When you connect third-party services, we may also process integration-specific data such as Google Drive files, Meta ad account information, campaign metadata, page identifiers, and related marketing performance data.

3. How we use information

We use data to provide and improve Orbric, including authentication, workspace management, campaign planning, asset handling, approvals, notifications, reporting, security monitoring, and customer support.

Connected integration data is used only to support the features you enable, such as retrieving marketing account data, publishing campaign structures, syncing approved assets, or generating workflow summaries.

4. Meta, Google, and other integrations

If you connect Meta, Google Drive, or similar tools, Orbric may access the minimum account, page, ad, file, campaign, or performance information needed to provide the requested feature. We do not use connected platform data for unrelated purposes.

When an agency connects marketing accounts, Orbric may store identifiers, tokens, settings, and publish metadata required to create or manage campaign objects inside those platforms.

5. AI provider integrations

If you connect an external AI provider, Orbric may send selected workspace content to that provider in order to generate drafts, summaries, or planning outputs. We scope those requests to the relevant workflow action and do not intentionally send more data than required for the feature.

Workspace-provided API credentials are stored securely and are intended only for the workspace features you explicitly enable.

6. Data storage and security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect stored data, including access controls, encrypted transport, and environment-scoped infrastructure controls. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but security is treated as an operational requirement.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure and integration providers only as needed to run the service, including hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, messaging, and connected platform providers.

8. Data retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Workspace owners may request account or data deletion subject to operational and legal constraints.

9. Your choices

You may update account details, disconnect integrations, or request assistance with workspace data through our support contact. Agencies are responsible for managing their internal access roles and connected third-party accounts.
